Question 1

How does ShouldEye rank companies in each category?

Accepted Answer

Our ranking methodology combines AI analysis with real consumer data through a four-stage verification pipeline: (1) Data Collection. Real-time signals from consumer interactions, reviews, regulatory filings, and web intelligence across multiple sources; (2) AI Analysis. EyeQ AI processes millions of data points to identify patterns, anomalies, and trust indicators unique to each sector; (3) Weighted Scoring. Each signal is weighted based on its relevance to consumer outcomes, with refund success, policy clarity, and support quality weighted highest; (4) Verification. Rankings are cross-validated against regulatory databases, complaint trends, and community experiences before publication. Signal weights are tailored per category because what matters in banking is different from what matters in gaming. Rankings update continuously as new data arrives.

Question 2

How can consumers protect themselves in each sector?

Accepted Answer

ShouldEye provides sector-specific consumer protection guidance for every ranked category. Key actions include: (1) Always verify a company's trust score before transacting. Scores below 50 indicate significant risk; (2) Check the refund success rate. If fewer than 70% of refund attempts succeed, proceed with caution; (3) Read the policy clarity score. Companies with low transparency often have hidden fees or restrictive terms; (4) Monitor complaint velocity. A sudden spike in complaints is an early warning sign even if the overall score looks fine; (5) Set up monitoring alerts so you're notified when a company you transact with shows risk signals. Active risk factors vary by sector and are updated in real time as new regulatory changes and complaint patterns emerge.

Question 3

How does ShouldEye build the world's most accurate trust rankings?

Accepted Answer

Unlike review aggregators that rely on opinions, ShouldEye's Top 10 rankings are built on a rigorous, four-stage verification pipeline: (1) Behavioral Signal Collection. Millions of real consumer interactions from verified sources, (2) AI-Powered Outcome Analysis. Proprietary models that measure what companies actually do, not what they claim, (3) Multi-Signal Verification. Cross-verified against 5 core trust signals so no single metric can game the system, and (4) Continuous Live Monitoring. Policy changes and complaint spikes detected within hours, not months.

Question 4

What are the 5 core signals that power every ranking?

Accepted Answer

Each company is evaluated against five independently weighted trust signals derived from real consumer data: Refund Success Rate (25%). Percentage of refunds resolved within stated timelines; Policy Clarity Score (20%). How transparent terms and conditions are; Support Responsiveness (20%). Average time to meaningful human response; Complaint Velocity (20%). Rate and severity of complaints relative to company size; Stability Trend (15%). Consistency of trust metrics over 90-day rolling windows.

Question 5

What live behavioral shifts are being detected right now?

Accepted Answer

Our model continuously monitors volatility and policy changes across every sector. Current detections include: 3 categories with ranking changes following policy revisions, refund speed now outweighing price in 4 key Marketplace categories, increased review manipulation detected across Travel & Booking sectors, and stability metrics improving for major US-based retail platforms. These signals feed directly into the Global Trust Index in real time.

Question 6

Why can you actually trust ShouldEye rankings?

Accepted Answer

The internet is full of "Top 10" lists created by affiliates, advertisers, and paid placements. ShouldEye is fundamentally different: zero paid placements. Every position is earned through verified outcomes; AI-powered analysis of millions of real transactions, not fakeable user reviews; real-time updates reflecting current reality; sector-normalized scoring for fair cross-industry comparison; full transparency with detailed breakdowns of every score; and built for consumers, not to sell leads to companies.

Question 7

How are ShouldEye rankings different from Trustpilot or Google reviews?

Accepted Answer

Trustpilot and Google reviews rely on individual opinions that can be faked, incentivized, or manipulated at scale. ShouldEye measures what actually happens. Real refund success rates, support response times, policy enforcement, and complaint patterns. Our AI analyzes millions of verified interactions across 70+ models, filtering out the noise that makes traditional review sites unreliable. We rank companies by outcomes, not opinions.

Question 8

How does ShouldEye decide which company is #1?

Accepted Answer

Every company is scored using the Data Outcome Score. A 0-to-10 metric built from real-world consumer outcomes. We look at refund success rates, how fast support actually responds, whether policies are clear and fair, and how consistent the company has been over time. The company with the highest verified score in a category earns the top spot. No shortcuts, no paid placements.

Question 9

Can companies pay to improve their ranking?

Accepted Answer

No, and that's the whole point. There are no paid placements, sponsored listings, or premium tiers. We don't sell leads to the companies we rank, and we don't accept sponsorships that influence scores. The only way a company moves up is by genuinely improving how it treats customers. Faster refunds, clearer policies, better support. If rankings could be bought, they'd be useless.

Question 10

How often do the rankings actually change?

Accepted Answer

They update continuously in real time as new data comes in. If a company rolls out a worse refund policy today, that starts affecting its score within hours. If another company dramatically improves its support, you'll see that reflected quickly too. You're always looking at the freshest picture available. Not a monthly or quarterly snapshot.

Question 11

What is the Outcome Score and what does the letter grade mean?

Accepted Answer

The Outcome Score (0-10) measures how well a company delivers on its promises. It combines five signals: Refund Success Rate (25%), Policy Clarity (20%), Support Responsiveness (20%), Complaint Velocity (20%), and Stability Trend (15%). The letter grade is a quick summary. A means consistently strong outcomes, B means solid with room to improve, and C or below means meaningful concerns. Always check the detailed breakdown for the full picture.

Question 12

Which industries and categories do you cover?

Accepted Answer

We cover 48 categories across Finance, E-Commerce, Gaming, Travel, Technology, Health, Education, Food Delivery, Subscriptions, Social Media, and more. Each category has its own ranking with signal weighting tailored to what actually matters in that industry. Because what makes a crypto exchange trustworthy is very different from what makes a meal delivery service reliable.

Question 13

Is ShouldEye free to use?

Accepted Answer

Yes, completely free. You can browse all 48 category rankings, see full score breakdowns, read AI verdicts, compare companies, and access detailed profiles without paying anything. We believe trust information should be accessible to everyone. Not locked behind a subscription or paywall.

Question 14

How is this different from "best of" lists I find on blogs?

Accepted Answer

Most "best of" lists online are created by affiliate marketers who earn commissions when you click their links. The companies that pay the highest commissions rank highest, regardless of quality. ShouldEye has zero affiliate relationships. Our rankings are built entirely from verified outcome data, and no company can influence its position through payments or partnerships.

Question 15

Can I compare companies or search for a specific brand?

Accepted Answer

Yes to both. Tap the + button on any ranked company to add it to the compare bar and see scores side by side. You can also use the search bar to look up any company. If it's in our database you'll see the full trust profile, and if not, EyeQ AI can analyze it on the fly and give you an instant assessment.

Question 16

What are the "Live Signals" I see on ranked companies?

Accepted Answer

Live Signals are real-time data points flowing into the scoring engine right now. New complaint filings, policy changes, support response patterns, sentiment shifts, and AI-detected anomalies. They're what keep the rankings current. When you see a "Trending" or "Rising" signal, it means something meaningful is happening with that company and the score may shift soon.
