Protection Center FAQs

How ShouldEye watches what matters, alerts you, and what the demo surfaces include.

What is Protection Center?

Protection Center is where you add anything important so ShouldEye can watch for changes, risks, and alerts when something deserves attention.

How does protection work?

Add what you want ShouldEye to watch. ShouldEye continuously checks relevant sources and risk signals, then notifies you when something changes or deserves attention.

What can I add to Protection Center?

You can watch websites, companies, people, emails, deals or subscriptions, games or platforms, and anything else that matters to you.

What does Identity Shield do?

Identity Shield provides a behavioral exposure assessment, setup reminders, and recovery guidance. It does not claim a breach, dark-web match, credit-file change, or other live finding without an API-backed result.

What does Email Protection look for?

Connect Gmail or Outlook so ShouldEye can scan for phishing, impersonation, fake invoices, and dangerous links — then keep watching new mail. Access is read-only.

Is the Data Breach feed a live dark-web scan?

The Data Breach feed is a demo showcase. It is not a live Have I Been Pwned or dark-web API. Matched results are sample data for product exploration.

How do alerts work?

ShouldEye notifies you when something changes or looks risky. Important and review alerts stay in Protection Center so you can open the watched item or Identity Shield response plan.

Does ShouldEye change or send my email?

Email Protection analyzes messages using read-only access. It cannot send, delete, or modify your email, and you can disconnect anytime.
